Art/Design Work
We can create customized artwork for your project at a very reasonable cost or you may provide artwork for us (see this link for specifics on how to give us usable art). We have many standard colors available to imprint your design with at no additional charge. If you have specific colors you need to match, we use the Pantone or PMS matching system and additional charges would apply. Every effort is made to reproduce your artwork as you provide it to us, however there are sometimes limitations with certain processes. Our graphics department will discuss options with you and make recommendations if we forsee problems with a design.

Samples and Proofs
We gladly provide samples of anything you wish to have customized. Samples may be returned or purchased. We provide art proofs for every job free of charge. Pre-production proofs are required on certain jobs and may be requested on others.

Order Size/Quantities
We have a minimum order size of 12 pieces for screen printed or embroidered wearables,  Hat minimums vary by style from 24 to 72 pieces.  Minimum requirements will also vary with promotional products, but usually are in the 72 or 144 piece range, with price breaks at larger quantities.

Customized Packaging/Fullfilment
We can provide special packaging and mailing options for your project. Please ask!

Custom/Large Quantity Orders
Our overseas factory partners can produce custom items to your specifications in larger quantities. Have something in mind? Just ask us.

Shipping Information
We charge for shipping on promotional items and wearables produced outside of our facility or shipped directly to you. If you need to know the cost at the time you place the order please ask. We can usually give you a close estimate.

Rush Service
There are many items we can get to you in a hurry. Let us know your deadline and we'll show you what we can do.

An Overview of the Ordering Process
We do everthing we can to ensure that you get what you want, when you want it.

Here's our process:
1. Show you actual product sample (or provide pre-production proof)
2. Write your order and confirm it with you via fax or e-mail
3. Proof artwork with you via fax, e-mail or in person
4. Provide pre-production proof (if called for on the job order)
5. Track order through every step of the production process (and provide updates to you if necessary)
